I am pleased to report that following a full audit carried out by the Care Quality Commission at The Thorns on 15th and 21st February this year we are categorised as “Good” with some aspects classified as “Outstanding”.
We continue to work towards “Outstanding” in all aspects and the latest detailed report will be posted on this website as soon as it is available.

Activities at The Thorns are such an important aspect of daily life, we provide a poster displaying activities for the month ahead and we try to vary this to suit everyone’s interests.
